VKP Presents: Writing to Resonate

Miguel de Cervantes’ Don Quixote, Charles Dickens’ A Tale of Two Cities, and J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings have each sold over one-hundred fifty million books to date! That’s 150 MILLION books each! Wow!

These books and other best sellers all have one thing in common: they tap into the well of the reader’s mind with depth, fantasy, and wonder. They are filled with vivid descriptions, layered and complex characters. Their narratives leave the possessed reader unable to take care of themselves beyond the simple task of turning each page until the bittersweet end.

What writer does not want to publish a captivating page turner like that? I know I do!

It can be easy to focus on the accolades of a successful book without considering that the book should also resonate with you, the writer. If the words you write are not meaningful to you before the book goes to print, there will be no real connection with the reader.

Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.
— Benjamin Franklin

For this reason, we have decided to host the seminar Writing to Resonate. This interactive workshop will guide aspiring authors to write and promote their work in a way that resonates with both themselves and their intended audience. It is jam packed with information and insights I will share from publishing my first book. Don’t wait! There is a limited seating for this exclusive seminar.
